Dragon Beard Noodles with Minced Meat

Prepare 200 grams of minced meat, add ginger, green onions, 2 tablespoons of June fresh light salt, 12 grams of kelp soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Weidamer cooking wine, and 1 tablespoon of Weidamer fresh oyster sauce. Stir well for about ten minutes to remove the smell.

While marinating the minced meat, prepare a handful of dragon noodles (about 200 grams), a handful of spinach about 100 grams (other small vegetables can also be placed appropriately according to your preferences), an egg, green onions, ginger, and garlic.

Heat the pot, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, and fry the scallions, ginger, garlic.

Put the marinated minced meat in the pot, add two spoons of June fragrant bean paste and stir fry (the bean paste itself is also salty, and oyster sauce soy sauce is added when the meat is marinated, so there is no need to add more salt and other seasonings)

Add half a bowl of boiling water and simmer until the minced meat is cooked.

Boil the noodles and spinach in a pot, boil the water and cook for about two minutes before adding the spinach (spinach will be cooked when it is blanched, so don’t boil it with the longxu noodles), the cooked noodles can be eaten cold. Just add the fried minced meat directly to the water and eat it normally.

In the process of cooking noodles, you can fry eggs in another pot, fried eggs that are necessary for eating noodles, or poached eggs. (I usually fry for 8 mature)
