Dragon Fruit Biscuits
1.
The red new dragon fruit is pureed with a food processor for later use.
2.
The butter is mixed with powdered sugar to whip. You can use an electric or manual whisk. I use a manual whisk. Although it is a bit tired, it is very convenient.
3.
Add egg mixture and beat evenly. There are many recipes that require adding egg liquid in batches to prevent the egg oil from separating. I feel that the amount I made is relatively small, so I put it all in and stirred at once. Fortunately, there has been no separation of egg oil.
4.
This is how the egg and oil are evenly mixed.
5.
Add milk powder and mix well. This is to increase the flavor of the milk. If you don't have it, you don't need to add it, just replace it with the same amount of flour.
6.
Add low-gluten flour, you can sieve or not, because the flour is more than liquid, so I am lazy and did not sieve.
7.
Knead it with flour and mix it evenly to form a coarser granular shape, and then divide the ingredients into two parts of approximately 3:2.
8.
Add the pitaya puree to the larger portion and mix well to avoid adding too much at a time. If you accidentally add too much, it feels too thin to add a little flour.
9.
Add milk to the other portion, and then divide it into two doughs of about 3:2. Add matcha powder to the larger portion and knead it into a green dough, so there are three doughs.
10.
According to the picture, roll the two small dough pieces into two rectangular pieces of the same size, and roll the red dough into a round strip.
11.
According to the appearance of a watermelon, the green noodles are wrapped in the outermost layer and the red is in the middle. They can be wrapped into watermelon slices or the whole noodles can be wrapped together. The styling is about to be done at this time (I think you should be able to do better than me), and then wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator (the layer of frozen ice below 0 degrees) for an hour.
12.
Take it out and slice it after an hour, and slice it according to your preference. In fact, I feel thinner and delicious, but the heat is not easy to master.
13.
Put greased paper or tin foil on the baking tray. My greased paper is a bit yellow because I have baked it once (I don’t want to waste it if I can still use it, am I very stingy!). Place the plate in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, about 20 minutes.
14.
After roasting, the red hearts overflowed a bit, and the color became lighter. It looked beautiful before roasting. Maybe it is because the red hearts noodles are a little softer, so you can improve them later.
15.
I made a full plate, one and a half plate, do you like it?
16.
Try it.
Tips:
1. Matcha tea is easier to color. Pay attention to the heat in the later stage. You can put tin foil on it, and I will roast it once.
2. Salt is added when the eggs are beaten, so the eggs are easier to break up.
3. I also try to do it. If you have any questions, you can discuss it together. It is also my debut recipe, I hope you like it.
