Dragon Fruit Fried Rice

Dig out the pitaya flesh

Cut green pepper into dices, cut dragon fruit into small pieces, boil corn in water, and cut barbecued pork into dices

Raise the frying pan, add cold rice and stir fry

Then add diced green pepper

Add corn and char siu pork and stir fry

Add the right amount of salt and chicken essence to taste

Finally add dragon fruit

Just stir fry and it's ready

Put it in the pitaya peel and sprinkle some pork floss on top.
Tips:
Note: The fruit should be added at the end, if it is added early, it will be rotten.
