Dragon Fruit Pork Lotus Root Dumplings

Wash the dragon fruit, peel it, cut the skin into small pieces, put it in a food processor, and squeeze it into a paste.

Knead the dragon fruit skin into a smooth ball with flour, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for half an hour

Boil a pot of water, place the dumplings on a greased plate, and steam them over high heat.
Tips:
1. It can be used by directly squeezing the pitaya skin into mud, but there will be some small fragments of the skin, which will not affect the subsequent operations. If you mind, you can peel off the skin before the operation.
2. Add the pitaya puree slowly in batches. Don't add too much at a time. If the noodles are too thin, the dumplings will not cook well.
