Dragon Fruit Yogurt Jelly

Soak the gelatin tablets in cold water to soften them.

Peel the dragon fruit and cut the flesh into pieces.

Puree the dragon fruit with a blender.

Add appropriate amount of pure water and sugar to the dragon fruit puree, totaling 200 grams. (If the dragon fruit is sweet enough, no sugar can be added)

Melt the soaked gelatin tablets in water and divide them into two evenly.

Pour the yogurt into a portion of gelatin and stir well.

Pour the dragon juice into another gelatin liquid and stir well.

Pour the yogurt liquid or dragon fruit liquid into the bottle about one-third of the height, and put it in the refrigerator until it sets.

Take out the pudding bottle, pour another color of liquid into the bottle to two-thirds of the height, and put it in the refrigerator until it condenses.
10.
Pour a liquid with a different color from that of the second layer in the pudding bottle, put it in the refrigerator and chill until it condenses before eating.
Tips:
In order to speed up the coagulation speed, I finished the production in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, and it takes about 20 minutes each time.
