Dragon Jam

Prepare 2 dragon fruits

Use a fruit knife to lightly make four knives on the pitaya skin to peel off the skin

Dice dragon fruit flesh, add sugar, mix well, marinate for 3 hours

The pitaya pulp marinated with sugar will have a lot of juice

Pour the marinated pitaya flesh and the juice out into the pot, add lemon juice, old rock sugar, and boil over medium heat, then turn off the heat and cook slowly, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.

When the juice becomes less viscous, put it into a sterile, water-free and oil-free sealed bottle, and put it in the refrigerator after cooling. (The jam has a little sugar color, probably because of the old rock candy)
