The dough is fermented for later use.

Wash the suet oil into the pot and add a proper amount of water to boil it to form oily residue. After the oily residue is removed, sprinkle with salt while it is hot.

Finely chop the leek leaves, mix well with the oil residue, and sprinkle some five-spice powder (Figure 1).

Stir-fried shortbread: Pour proper amount of salad oil into a clean pot, heat up and turn off the heat, pour in dry flour, sauté until fragrant over low heat, and serve.

Knead the fermented dough into long strips, divide it into several portions, take one portion, roll out a thin portion, spread a layer of shortbread, add a layer of leek oil residue, and sprinkle some sugar (Figure 2).

The fifth step is to roll up a long strip (Figure 3).

Roll the rolled strips into small rolls (Figure 4).

Divide into 2 parts (Figure 5).

Roll into an oval shape.

Pour the salad oil into the electric baking pan and put in the cake dough.

Fry until golden on both sides...
Tips:
To make this delicacy, shortbread is the finishing touch. If you want to short, shortbread is indispensable.
