Dried Bamboo Shoots and Mushroom Soup

Soak dried bamboo shoots in water, wash Xiuzhen mushrooms, and slice carrots.

Cut the shredded pork into strips of about the same size

Put clear water in the pot, add dried bamboo shoots and boil

Add Xiuzhen mushrooms and carrots, add a small amount of cooking wine, salt, sugar to taste, boil and low heat for 15 minutes

Add pork shreds in the last two minutes to change the color. It is also delicious without adding shredded pork! Sprinkle chopped green onion, goji berries, and turn off the heat.
Tips:
The wolfberry does not need to be boiled, just add it at the end, and the shredded pork can be added or not.
