Stir-fried Edamame with Xiuzhen Mushroom
1.
Rinse the Xiuzhen mushrooms with clean water and prepare the edamame
2.
Pour clean water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, then boil the edamame and Xiuzhen mushrooms in the pot. Take it out and rinse with running water to control the water (the amount of salt is not in the ingredients)
3.
Pour the oil into the hot pot, the oil temperature is 70% hot
4.
Pour the edamame and Xiuzhen mushrooms together and stir-fry until the aroma is obtained. Add salt and stir-fry even
5.
Add water, cover and cook
6.
The cooking water is almost dried up, and the edamame is cooked, then add the chopped pepper. (The chopped pepper is only slightly spicy, which can increase the spiciness. You can try it if you don’t eat it, or not add it)
7.
Stir-fry evenly and then turn off the heat
Tips:
1. Chopped peppers are salty, so reduce the amount of salt. Different chopped peppers have different saltiness. Adjust according to your own.
2. The edamame must be fresh and tender, with the best taste.
