Dried Bamboo Shoots, Fungus and Fresh Meat Wontons

Soak the dried bamboo shoots, rinse and blanch

Wash the black fungus after soaking

Add minced meat to cooking wine, light soy sauce and mix well, then add chopped dried bamboo shoots, black fungus, minced ginger onion, salt and mix well

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put some fillings on it

Tips:
1. Add cooking wine or ginger spring onion water to minced meat, or add a little vinegar to remove fishy and enhance flavor
2. The wonton seasoning is arbitrary, if you like spicy, you can use spicy oil
