Dried Cabbage Casserole

Wash the dried cabbage and soak for more than 2 hours.

Cook it with an electric pressure cooker.

Spread the chopped dried cabbage into the bottom of the casserole.

Soak the vermicelli in advance.

Cut the dried tofu into wide strips.

Tips:
1. The vermicelli should be soaked in advance, so that it can be stewed with dried tofu.
