Dried Carrot
1.
Wash the carrots
2.
Peel and slice, evenly thin. It is best to pick the bigger carrots.
3.
Add a little camellia oil and stir fry together with rock sugar.
4.
Add a little water instead of a lot, because the carrots will produce water after they are boiled. Carrots are easy to cook, so they don’t need a lot of water, which makes them easy to boil and dry.
5.
Place the boiled radish slices on the baking tray.
6.
Heat up and down at 120 degrees and bake for 40 to 60 minutes. I think if the weather is good, you can put it in a ventilated place and bake it to save energy and environmental protection. Also, be sure to watch the fire when roasting, don't throw it aside and do other things. It's okay to see if it's burnt. Fortunately, I washed something and took a look, but I took it out when I was about to get burnt. In a few minutes it will really become carbon. Pick out the ones that are burnt on the side. They are delicious and crunchy like potato chips.
