You can't eat the fresh and tender cowpeas like China in Turkey. The cowpea (borulce in the native language) is short and old, tastes bad, and not many people eat it. Ingredients

Dried Cowpea in Cold Dressing

1. Soak dried cowpea seeds in clear water one night in advance.
