Dried Cowpea in Cold Dressing

Soak dried cowpea seeds in clear water one night in advance.

Put the cowpeas into the boiling pot and add water to cover the surface of the beans. After boiling for 20 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and cook for another 20 minutes.

Drain the boiled cowpea and set aside.

Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.

Cut red and green peppers into small pieces.

Chopped coriander and dill

Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes

Squeeze the lemon into lemon juice, add apple cider vinegar and stir well

Mix the cowpeas with other ingredients. Add salt and MSG. After mixing well, add lemon juice and stir well.

Pour olive oil after serving
