I made a lot of Cantonese bacon in autumn and winter this year, and I also made dried bacon once. It was delicious and delicious, but the cost was a bit too high. The grass carp, which costs seven yuan a catty, shrank greatly after drying! So I didn’t do it again. Haha, I feel that the cost of making bacon is a bit lower. Although the pork belly is 12 yuan per catty, it shrinks a lot and tastes better~! "

Tips:

Bacon and cured fish are almost the same, you can also make cured chicken and duck! However, some places do not put soy sauce in the cured fish, it will be white directly after it is dried. I personally like the flavor of the sauce, so I still follow the old recipe!
