Dried Dandelion Tea
1.
When making it, the first thing to do is to wash the dandelion several times, because there are more dust and impurities in it, and we must wash the imported things a few times. Then put it on a drying rack, spread it out flat, and dry it in the sun for 2-3 days.
2.
When the surface of the dandelion is dry and a bit shrunk, we can make dried tea.
3.
Don't remove the root of dandelion. It has the highest nutritional value. As long as it is cleaned, there is no problem.
4.
Twist the whole dandelion as shown in the picture and turn it into a small twine, and finally put it together.
5.
Of course, there will be many short roots, which are easy to disperse when they are clumped together. The flowers are tied with a thin thread to fix the shape and cut the thread when drinking.
6.
After doing this, place it in a ventilated place and dry it in the shade. It can be kept for a long time. It has been more than half a month since I finished it, and it is very dry, and it smells a little bit of flower and grass.
7.
In my spare time after get off work, it’s good to drink such a cup of dandelion tea to clear away the heat and cool off the heat.
