Tips:
1. For the method of filling meat dumplings, you can also refer to my previous article about lotus vegetable meat dumplings, because raw spring onions and cooked spring onions mixed with meat are still different, each has its own advantages, but because of the food I mixed in today The oil is linseed oil, which can maintain nutrition at low temperature, so I mixed it raw.
2. The manual noodle press I used did not use flour as a noodle puff when pressing the wonton wrapper, instead of starch, so the wonton wrapper could be pressed to a thin and transparent layer.
3. I have been making sour soup dumplings in this way. My family likes it very much. If you don't like it, please go around.
If you can’t eat chili, you can get rid of the oily pepper, and the amount of sesame oil is a little bit more. If you like to be jealous, you can add another spoonful of white vinegar.
