Stir-fried Dandelion
1.
After removing the roots and yellow leaves of the dandelion, clean them, put them in a hollow container to control the moisture, pat the garlic cloves with the back of a knife, peel them and chop them.
2.
Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the dandelion in boiling water and start blanching. Turn it with chopsticks and blanch it for about 2 minutes.
3.
After blanching the dandelion, remove it and place it in cool boiling water to let cool, and then remove the moisture for later use.
4.
Pour soy oil into the iron pan and cook until it is 60% hot. Add the minced garlic and fry the aroma first, then add the dandelion and stir fry over high heat.
5.
Add salt and brown sugar to taste, because dandelion has a bitter taste, adding brown sugar tastes better.
6.
Stir fry quickly and add a little chicken powder to season it. The taste of this dish will be more delicious.
