Dried Edamame-automatic Cooking Pot Recipe

Wash the edamame, cut off both ends and set aside;

Add water to the pot, put in the main ingredients, seasonings other than the brine and water;

Cover the pot, start the "manual" function, adjust to medium heat (8-9 compartments), and time for 15 minutes;

After the cooking is over, remove the edamame and put it in a bowl; adjust the water and lees according to the ratio of 1:3 and pour it into the bowl. The amount should be the edamame just soaked.

Soak for 2 hours, remove and eat.
Tips:
1. When cooking edamame, add a little baking soda to make the dish greener;
2. The brine has a certain saltiness, so please pay attention to the usage amount and don't put too much;
3. Choose edamame that is full and round.
