Eel meat is rich in high-quality protein and various essential amino acids. The dried sea eel is very fragrant, and some white radishes are also delicious.

Dried Eel with Radish

1. Dried eel and diced white radish

2. Mince ginger and garlic, finely dice chopped green onion

3. Stir fragrant ginger and garlic in a frying pan

4. Add eel and white radish and stir fry, add cooking wine to remove fishy

5. Put soy sauce coloring

6. Put salt

7. Put sweet and sour sauce

8. Let go of the water and bring the fire to a boil, change to medium and small

Tips:

My eel is light when dried. If the dried fish is salty, the seasoning should be reduced appropriately.
