My daughter likes to eat dried eggs, so my family often makes them, but the dishes are different each time, but it does not affect the deliciousness of dried eggs... Today, it tastes more delicious with coriander!

Dried Eggs in Cold Dressing

1. Main ingredients of prepared ingredients

2. Cut the vegetables and set aside

3. Put the coriander and garlic ginger into the container

4. Add appropriate amount of vinegar, appropriate amount of light soy sauce and sesame oil to taste

5. Mix the coriander evenly, add dried eggs and appropriate amount of MSG to taste

6. Stir well and enjoy

7. Cut the tomatoes into pieces to dress up, and see if they are very appetizing!

Tips:

1: Don't add salt, because the dried egg itself is salty. If you like spicy food, you can add chili oil to enhance the flavor. Adding chili oil will taste better! I didn't add chili because my daughter had acne on her face.
