Dried Eggs in Cold Dressing

Cut the dried egg in half from the side and cut into strips

Wash the cucumber, pat it with the back of a knife, and cut into small pieces

Finely chop small peppers and garlic cloves

Wash coriander and cut into small pieces

Put dried eggs, cucumber, chili, garlic cloves in a basin, add light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame oil and mix well.
