A very appetizing side dish, sour, sweet and spicy, it instantly stimulates the taste buds and greatly increases the food.

Dried Fish Fragrant Shreds

1. Prepare ingredients: dried shreds, peppers, peppercorns, coriander, green onions, carrots.

2. Wash the coriander and cut into sections, peel the carrots and cut into shreds, and cut the green onions into sections.

3. Wash the dried silk several times with clean water.

4. Poke the dried shreds and carrots in boiling water for 1 minute.

5. Remove the cold water and control the water.

6. Sauce bowl (light soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, chicken essence, sugar, salt, cold vinegar)
