Seeing a soy bar, soy flour and various dried fruits, it looks good. I just have some doubts: the surface is smooth, like the effect of flour, can pure soybean noodles really have this effect? Or because it is fine soybean noodles? Although my soybean noodles are thicker, I decided to give it a try. The dried fruits are not so complete, so they can be easily replaced by hand.
Something went wrong. Pour "wine" into the cut dried fruit, but suddenly found that it was the juice of the preserved candied orange peel. Major mistakes, but they can only make mistakes. Combine all the materials into a ball, roll it into a 1.5 cm thick rectangle, and prepare to cut into strips. But I murmured directly in my heart, soy bean dough without stickiness, would it fall apart with a knife? Sure enough, when the blade met the dried fruit, the sliver began to crack. After two dollars, I decided to give up. The buddy changed his mind. The knife is not as good as the mold. Take a biscuit mold, print a pattern, compact it, and then take it out of the mold. This look is much better than a broken sliver. The moon shape is simple. The most important thing is that there are not so many sharp corners and it is not easy to be disfigured when demolding.
After baking, the surface looks rougher than before baking. How did the effect on the picture come from? It's not a sliver anymore, it can only be called a cake. . . . "
