Dried Garlic and Parsley

Three kinds of dried vegetables (dried pumpkin seeds, dried eggplant, dried radish)

Soak the dried vegetables with water until soft

Dried chili mince, garlic sprouts cut into small pieces

The pickled vegetables are dry and soft, squeeze hard to remove the water

Tips:
Cut the dried vegetables as small as possible, so that they will taste better; the soaked dried vegetables will be dried by hand. If the dried vegetables have too much moisture, they will not be crispy enough.
