Dried Lentils

Wash fresh dried cowpeas. Remove the old part, cut it into small pieces, and soak in salt water and peppercorns for more than an hour. The cowpea produced in this way will taste delicious.

Pour the salted water into the pot and cook the cowpeas until they are half cooked. Don't overcook it, it's not tasty.

Drain the water from the pot and set aside.

Put rapeseed oil in the pot and put it in the pot with cold oil. Fry the cowpea once.

Leave a little oil in the pan. Add the chopped pickled peppers and garlic. You can also add your favorite kimchi inside. Stir fragrant.

Add the tempeh and continue to stir fry.

After the tempeh is fried and dried, add the fried cowpeas.

Add a little chicken essence to taste.

Pour some light soy sauce from the pot.

The delicious vegetarian dishes are ready.
Tips:
This dish is cowpea, which is harder and delicious. When I blanch it, it's half-cooked, and it can be served with my favorite kimchi.
