Dried Lettuce
1.
First go to the vegetable market and buy a bunch of lettuce to make dried lettuce (after the dried lettuce can be stored for a long time, don't worry about buying too much).
2.
After picking the lettuce leaves, store them in a fresh-keeping bag and store them in the refrigerator. They can be fried or eaten below.
3.
Peel the head of lettuce.
4.
Cut the peeled lettuce into thick slices (about 5mm, be sure not to cut into thin slices like you usually cut cold vegetables). The cut lettuce slices are evenly wiped with a little salt (which is good for water out). Place them in a bamboo basket. In a place where it can be exposed to the sun, it can be exposed for 1 to 2 days (if possible, you can dry it for a few more days, and you must watch the weather before drying the lettuce. If there is no sun, it will rot and waste materials).

6.
Soak in clean water for about 15 minutes before eating, scrub the salt on the surface, and drain the water.
7.
Soak the dried chilies in warm water for 3 minutes and then wash off the dust on the surface. Wipe off the water with kitchen paper. Tear them into small pieces and place them in a bowl with the peppers for later use. Boil the spicy rapeseed oil in a hot pot and pour it on the dried chilies and Chinese pepper. When it cools, mix in the lettuce, then add a little light soy sauce, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and mix well (just a little bit of light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar) The flavor is fine, the main flavor is the flavor of sesame oil and red oil).
