Dried Lotus Root with Green Pepper and Radish

Wash the lotus root, peel and dice for later use

Boil lotus roots in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and set aside

Diced dried radish and set aside

Wash the green peppers and cut open and remove the seeds

Dice green pepper and set aside

Pour the hot oil in the pot and stir-fry for 1 minute on high heat

Pour the light soy sauce and sugar

Stir fry for a while

Pour the diced radish and stir fry for a while

Finally, pour the green pepper and stir fry for a while

The crispy green pepper and dried lotus root will be out!
Tips:
1. Dried radishes are marinated so the taste is enough, no need to add salt, friends with heavy taste can add more salt.
2. Do not blanch the lotus root for too long, which will affect the taste.
