Two mangoes, 616 grams. It is recommended to choose freshly ripe mangoes, too ripe to cut

Peel the mango

Remove the pit and take the pulp

Cut the pulp into 0.5cm slices

Put the fruit slices on the shelf

Start the fruit dryer function, 58 degrees, air-dry for 12 hours
Tips:
You can’t choose mangoes that are too ripe. If they are too ripe, the flesh will be too soft and difficult to handle.
