Dried Noodle Pancake

Prepare the ingredients, 130 grams of dried noodles and 3 eggs. If you prefer a thinner bottom, you can reduce the amount of dried noodles by 20 grams.

Take a pot, add water to a boil, add the dried noodles and cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
