Steamed meat pie with dried plums is a home-cooked dish of the Hakka people. There are two types of dried plums and pickled vegetables. This product is produced every winter. "

Dried Plum Meatloaf

1. The dried plums are soaked in hot water for 2 hours and then beaten, rinsed and water-controlled for later use.

2. Soak shiitake mushrooms and Agaricus blazei in hot water to soften them.

3. Mince pork.

4. Finely chop scallops, green onion, Agaricus blazei and shiitake mushrooms.

5. Mix all the ingredients together, add the right amount of oil, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, 1 egg, and wood powder.

6. Stir well.

7. Load it into the disk.

8. Steam in the pot for about 28 minutes.

9. Take it out and serve directly on the table.
