Dried Potato

Take a pound of sweet potatoes, peel the sweet potatoes, wash them, and cut them into 2mm thin slices.

Put the thinly sliced sweet potato chips into salt water (four less salt) and soak for five minutes.

Remove the sweet potato chips from the brine and set aside to dry.
4.
Pour the cooking oil into a quarter of the wok, put the dried potato into the oil pan, and fry it back and forth until golden brown.
5.
Put the fried potato into a microwave oven, put it in a microwave oven, low heat for 1 minute, take it out, and put the tomato sauce on it.
