Dried Potato Braised Rice

Potatoes washed and peeled

Dice potatoes and shred them dry. spare.

Wash the rice and put water in the pot.

Pour some oil into the wok and heat it up

Add in the dried basil and stir-fry

Add diced potatoes and stir fry for a while

Put a small amount of salt, although the dry taste is salty, but it is not enough to put it in the rice pot, you know ~ the aroma can be turned off. Note⚠️Don’t fry it, or it will be too much!

Pour the half-cooked ingredients into the rice cooker

Mix well with rice

Start the rice cooker cooking mode
Tips:
The braised rice can be eaten with a bowl of soup or with a cold dish. I like to pair it with a cold cucumber
