Dried Potatoes and Shrimp
1.
The prawns are processed first (the fried shrimp oil is left on the head, but the shell of the head is removed). Open the back and remove the black stringed intestines and pat flat. Marinate with turmeric powder and pepper for 10 minutes. Fry until the color changes and set aside for later use.
2.
Fill the shrimps, fry the potato chips in the original pot (the shrimp sauce is more fragrant), and add some salt and pepper powder appropriately.
3.
After the potato slices are cooked thoroughly, pour in the spare shrimps and green onions, and turn them evenly.
4.
Then add peas (peas should be blanched in advance), add fine salt, half a spoon of old wine, shake well, and serve. Adding green beans is to make the color more colorful, and changing to alcoholic peanuts is also a leverage.
Tips:
This dish is simple, but the frying process takes a little time.
