Dried Prawns (air-dried)

Prepare fresh prawns, prawns, river prawns, etc. are recommended

Put water in the pot, pour the shrimp into the pot and cook (boiling water or cold water is also OK)

Pour in salt, a little more, and a little saltier than usual, so that the dried shrimp will be more durable

Cook for 15 minutes to make the shrimps thoroughly cooked, then scoop up

Put it into the air dryer, set the temperature to 70 degrees, and the time is 5 hours, air-dry until the shrimp is dry and light (the relative increase or decrease time according to the size of the shrimp)
Tips:
The amount of salt should be a little more than usual, and the cooking time should be longer, so that the shrimp is easy to preserve after air-drying.
