Dried Radish

1. Dried radish spare;

2. Set aside minced garlic;

3. Put a bowl of water in a boiling pot and heat it to melt the sugar syrup (쌀엿). After the water has melted, use a fine colander to remove the plastic skin that sticks to the sugar. Adding water is not only to melt the syrup, but soy sauce is too dry. , It doesn't look so watery, and the taste is not good;

4. This is my own syrup (조청), the flavor (엿맛) is stronger, add another spoonful. If these two kinds of syrup are not available, you can use ordinary syrup. If you don't have these two kinds of syrup, use rock sugar or white sugar. Don't demand too much taste;

5. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and bring to a boil, simmer for 5-8 minutes;

6. After letting cool, add the chili noodles. If it is not too spicy, add the chili noodles while it is hot;

7. Add some fine chili powder;

8. Stir thoroughly;

9. Wash the dried radish with warm water three times, no need to soak, if it is particularly dirty, you need to wash it several times, just wash it with cold water, the soaking is too soft and not tasty;

10. Add minced garlic;

11. Add cooked sesame seeds;

12. Stir evenly;

13. When you start mixing dried radishes, be sure to grab and mix with your hands (손맛), don’t forget to wear gloves 🧤, spicy hands;

14. Grab and mix with your hands and mix well. The more you grasp, the better the color;
