Dried Radish and Bean Curd Dumplings (jiexi Dumplings)
1.
Take 3 small radishes and wash them. (The radishes are grown in-house, so they have relatively small roots. Generally, they are sold with large roots, so you don’t need so many)
2.
Peel the radishes and cut into shredded radishes with a cutter.
3.
Take 6 pieces of fried tofu and cut into small pieces.
4.
Heat the pan and add a little more oil. After the oil is hot, put the shredded radish in and stir-fry, add a small amount of water and simmer until it is cooked, and finally add an appropriate amount of salt and stir fry evenly.
5.
Put the cut small pieces of dried bean curd in a pot on high heat and stir fry for about two or three minutes. Heat it up and add a small amount of salt.
6.
Prepare to wrap the dumplings: Put shredded radish on top of the dumplings, add some dried tofu, and tie the four corners together.
7.
Dried radish and bean curd dumplings are fine.
Tips:
The shredded radish can be fried with some lean meat to make it sweeter, and add a little celery to taste better.
