Dried Radish and Soybean Dishes that You Can't Live without
1.
Prepare dried radishes (wash your own dried radishes, wash the green radishes, and cut into thin finger-thick strips without adding any seasonings, just dry them in the sun)
2.
Soak the soybeans in advance (soak in warm water for 2 to 3 hours) and dried radishes, wash and set aside.
3.
Put the soybeans and dried radish in the microwave container.
4.
Add one-half of the water to the container, 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and appropriate salt, mix well.
5.
Put it in the microwave (there is no microwave, put it in the steamer, but the steaming time will take more than an hour). You can also use a pressure cooker.
6.
The box must be covered and microwaved on high heat for 10 minutes.
7.
Open the lid, stir evenly, and close the lid.
8.
Continue to microwave for 10 minutes, then stir evenly, and microwave for 10 minutes. Dried radishes are hard and don't like to be cooked. Generally, microwave them for 30 minutes. Take them out of the pan, stir well, and sprinkle with chicken essence, chili oil or sesame seeds.
Tips:
Microwave ovens are especially prone to dry and hard food when making food, so be sure to add clean water. If there is too much water in the middle, you can pour it out and adjust the saltiness at will.
