Dried Radish (dried Cucumber) Small Pickles

The radish slices are dried in an air dryer.

The cucumber is cut and dried in an air-drying machine (the following steps are the same, so only the radishes are shown).

Soak the dried radishes in water for about two hours.

Peel the raw peanuts (you can leave them unused or cooked) soak in water and separate them.

Add peanut petals to cold boiling water and a little salt to continue soaking.

Drain the peanuts until the radishes are dried.

Drain and set aside.

Sweet and crisp, raw peanuts nourish the stomach, I am an impatient star, so the vegetables are dried in an air dryer. You can dry them yourself, or you can add salt to make them semi-dried. It will take several days. I am anxious to air dry. The machine dries in a day.
