Dried Radish Pork Bun

I won’t say much about the steps of making noodles and making noodles. You can refer to the making process of my mushroom meat buns

Dried radish (sliced fresh white radish, salted and air-dried for two days), diced

Pork belly chopped into minced meat

Add chopped pepper, tempeh (the best produced in Liuyang), ginger and sesame oil to the chopped radish and minced meat, mix well

Roll the dough into long strips, cut into small pieces, and roll them into dough (the middle and the back are thinner)

Put in the meat and wrap the edges

Put cold water in the steamer, add the steamed buns, steam for about 25 minutes, turn off the heat and remove the lid for 5 minutes, and it is ready to eat
Tips:
Dried radishes should be prepared in advance, and the time and temperature of the dough should be controlled.
