Dried Scallop and Zucchini Egg Drop Soup

1 tender zucchini

Rinse the scallops with water and soak them in clear water.

Clean the dried shrimps

Peel the zucchini and cut it in half, then cut into thin slices.

Put an appropriate amount of water in a small soup pot, pour the scallops and the water for soaking the scallops into the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.

Put the shrimp skins in.

Boil the zucchini until soft. (About 15 minutes)

Beat the eggs.

Pour into the soup and stir into egg drop with chopsticks while pouring. (Scallops and dried shrimp skins are salty, and salt can be added as needed.)
