2500 grams of fresh sea prawns, the amount can be adjusted according to the situation

Put the sea prawns in the basin, rinse them with clean water several times, and then control the moisture;

Put the shrimp in the wok, I use a 32 cm wok, which can put 5 catties of shrimp

Put an appropriate amount of salt into the pot and adjust the amount of salt according to the saltiness you want. I use it as a snack, so I didn't put too much salt in it, only put in two small spoons of salt;

Stir-fry the ingredients on low heat, stir the shrimp with a spoon to heat it evenly;

Stir fry until the sea prawns are completely red and cooked, then put the sea prawns in a ventilated place to dry;

After drying the sea prawns, put them in a bottle with a lid.
Tips:
1. Fresh and live sea prawns should be selected to ensure the freshness of dried prawns;
2. There is no need to add water when frying the shrimp, a part of the water will come out after the shrimp is heated.
