Autumn tonic, winter storage!
My family likes to drink porridge,
I am the congee monk!

Dried Shrimp Congee

1. Take an appropriate amount of rice, wash and soak in cold water for about 10 minutes!

2. Wash the scallops and soak for 10 minutes!

3. Wash the dried shrimp and soak for 15 minutes! (If it is fresh shrimp, it will be even sweeter)!

4. Slice the ginger for later use (it’s best not to peel the ginger, the ginger coat is very useful)

5. Start cooking porridge, add some ginger slices and a little peanut oil!

6. Add the soaked scallops after the water boils!

7. Family dried shrimp (or fresh shrimp) after boiling for 10 minutes

8. The dried shrimp needs to be boiled for a while! Shrimp is ready in 3 minutes! Now there is not enough prawn meat

9. Finished product (just add green onion and coriander after production)

Tips:

Rice, dried shrimp, and scallops must be soaked in cold water!
