Dried Shrimp Skin Fish

1. Soak the dried shrimps and small fish in cold water for one minute, remove and drain for later use.

2. Put the oil in a hot pan and heat the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

3. Add dried shrimps and fish and stir fry for a while, add cooking wine and stir fry until the moisture is slightly charred.
