Dried Tofu and Cucumber Slices

Main ingredients: dried tofu, cucumber.

Wash the cucumber and cut the horseshoe first.

Then stand up the horseshoe block and cut it, which is a diamond-shaped piece, which is the "elephant eye piece".

Also cut the dried tofu into diamond-shaped slices.

Heat oil and fry the scallions.

Add dried tofu.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Bake dry tofu softly and add salt to taste.

Add cucumber slices and stir well.

Tips:
1. The dried tofu must be simmered for a while, so that it tastes soft and glutinous.
2. Gorgon juice should not be thick, it is better to be thinner.
