Dried Tofu Mixed with Cabbage Heart

Put pepper powder, chili powder, and sesame in a heat-resistant bowl and mix well. Pour the oil on top and mix well to form chili oil. You can make more at one time and use it to mix vegetables.

Shred the cabbage heart.

Cut dried tofu into strips.

Put dried bean curd and cabbage in a large bowl, top with chopped green onion and garlic and red pepper rings

Tips:
The cabbage heart is best to mix well before eating, it won't be crispy and tender after a long time.
