Dried Vegetable Black Fish Soup
1.
Soak the dried vegetables in water. Warm water for a few minutes will be fine. It's best to use new and old dried vegetables for the soup, and old ones for cooking meat.
2.
Put a little oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic, put the processed black fish in small pieces, and sauté.
3.
Add the soaked dried vegetables and some old wine, a little. When filling up the water, it must be done once, and any Tonga water must be filled up at once, not halfway through. Probably not like a fish. Turn the high heat to a low heat, and let it simmer for 30 minutes. If you have enough time, it is best to use a casserole or a soup pot for 1 hour to make the soup more delicious.
4.
Add seasoning before cooking, and put less, I only put a small spoonful of salt, because the dried vegetables are already salty, just a little MSG.
