The dried vegetables are dried by my husband’s second wife. They are clean and hygienic. I gave us a little bit. Dried vegetables can be cooked in soup or porridge. They are more nutritious. This time I will cook the porridge and drink it. Vegetable porridge is more trouble-free, so there is no need to make anything else in such a bowl of porridge, it is very nutritious.

Dried Vegetables and Lean Pork Congee

1. Dried vegetables are soaked in hot water for a while until soft, and then washed.

2. An appropriate amount of millet is washed and cleaned.

3. Pour the washed millet into the casserole.

4. Add appropriate amount of leftover rice.

5. Add enough water to cook the porridge.

6. Dry the vegetables and chop them into a casserole, then cook the porridge.

7. Cook until the porridge is cooked through, add appropriate amount of shredded lean meat, and continue to cook until the lean meat is cooked through.

8. Add appropriate amount of oil and salt.

9. Finally, pour an appropriate amount of soy sauce out of the pot.

Tips:

Lean meat will be added after the porridge is cooked. Don't put it too early. Lean meat will be cooked easily.
Dried vegetables are more dusty, so wash them twice.
