Braised Rice with Ribs and Shiitake Mushrooms

Wash the ribs and control water for later use

Pick and wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut into small cubes

Garlic diced

Saute garlic in hot oil pan

Add ribs and stir fry

Add a little cooking wine

After the ribs have changed color slightly, add diced mushrooms and stir fry

Then add some light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and salt, stir well, turn off the heat and set aside

Wash the rice and add it to the pressure cooker, add a small amount of water, and spread a layer of washed dried vegetables

Spread the fried pork ribs and shiitake mushrooms on the top layer. Bring to a boil, press on low heat for about 20 minutes after getting the air

After simmering, add sesame oil and mix well.
Tips:
1. The fried ribs and mushrooms do not need to be cooked, just let the ribs and mushrooms fry some of the water and absorb the flavor of the seasoning;
2. The amount of water used to cook the rice should be half less than usual, and some of the juice should be added to the rice pot when frying ribs and shiitake mushrooms.
