Dried Vegetables Steamed Fried Pork

1. This piece of fried meat is a gift from a friend. It is not a cut meat, it is made into a similar steamed cut meat with dried vegetables.

2. Dried vegetables are soaked in hot water, and the back of the fried meat is soaked in warm water.

3. Dish clean and cut off, fried meat cut thicker

4. The fried meat is marinated with a little lemon, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce.

5. Stir-fry the dried vegetables with water and season with salt.

6. Place the fried meat on the bottom of the plate, spread the dried vegetables on top, and steam in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

7. After steaming, pour out the excess juice, and then pour it out on a dish. Use the poured juice to add some cornstarch and soy sauce to thicken the fried meat.

8. Finished product.
