Drunk Shrimp (raw Braised Shrimp)

Rinse the Jiwei shrimp from the market with clean water. The Jiwei shrimp is a sea prawn, which is relatively cleaner than a river prawn. You don’t need to take the shrimp thread. It has been raised in the water for a day before buying it. Just wash it.

Cut lemon into two pieces, pour the juice into the shrimp

Put the chopped ingredients and seasoning into the shrimp, squeeze the lemon juice on top of the shrimp, mix well, and let it sit for half an hour before eating. If you want more flavor, you can cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than one hour.
Tips:
1. Because this dish is eaten raw, although it can also be made with other shrimps, it is recommended to use sea prawns. Although river prawns are also farmed, the probability of parasites is still higher than that of sea prawns;
2. You can use white rice vinegar without lemon
